Introductory consultation (No fee): explore with me the changes you want to make to your life, to reach a healthier, happier you! Learn more about how Imagery coaching works and what you can expect.
In brief: I support clients over a 6 month period covering 12 sessions, starting with 3 long meetings (1-2 hours) followed by shorter calls, to ensure confidence and progress in lifestyle change.
Fees: £550 for 6 months support (£600 if paid monthly)
